  4.       New Features of Version 5.1: 
  5.             
  6.       1.  You will be able to put in two dates for when a poem/story was 
  7.       written; a beginning date and an end date (if the poem/story was 
  8.       written over a period of time).  
  9.  
  10.       2.  Option J/K (alphabetized list of poems/stories) will also 
  11.       print the date(s) the poems/stories were written in addition to 
  12.       the status (in the same way as option H/I). 
  13.  
  14.       3.  Option L (screen alphabetized list of publishers) will give 
  15.       you the option of also displaying the amplification data (i.e. 
  16.       address, contact, comments) in the same way as previously done for 
  17.       the print version, option M. 
  18.            
  19.       4.  The program will offer you congratulations when you change the 
  20.       status of a poem from "Outstanding" to either "Accepted" or 
  21.       "Published".   (A flashing star and a little music.)

  23.       5.  If your poem/story is published (or accepted) by more that one 
  24.       publisher, all such publishers will be shown by option R/S for 
  25.       that poem/story, instead of only one for the earlier version.

  27.       6.  Now you will be able to send a second query letter to a 
  28.       publisher who does not respond.  The letter will indicate the date 
  29.       of the first query letter, in addition to the date of the original 
  30.       submission.  If you choose, the query will now also generate a 
  31.       withdrawal letter.  The date of the latest letter will be 
  32.       maintained and shown you to help you decide whether or not to send 
  33.       a withdrawal letter.

  35.       7.  The program will generate a summary of those publishers who 
  36.       have published your poems/stories.  The number will be added to 
  37.       the summary you are shown when you select option W.  In addition, 
  38.       option U/V will be expanded so you can choose to see either a list 
  39.       of these publishers or (the current capability) a list of 
  40.       publishers for whom poems are outstanding.
